Sravanthi is a passionate HR professional with a rich experience for more than 10 years. Her focus has been in the key areas of HR Business Partnership and Talent Development.

She comes with a structured, adaptable, people-centric and business oriented approach to HR management and her subject matter expertise has always helped her deliver a proactive win-win for both our clients and our organization.

Sravanthi comes with deep experience in HR generalist affairs, e2e recruitment life cycle (includes experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development). She has also been responsible for being the custodian of talent planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and best practices, etc.

She has always been a flexible and forward-thinking Human Resources professional with 10 years’ experience in HR practices and associated technology platforms. She has worked with Fortune 500 Clients with vas many as 100+ domains/industry and more than 2000 plus technology skillsets both India & the US. Comes with good Knowledge about employment and effective organizational planning. Excellent communicator and has been driving initiatives to improve the company’s profitability and growth.

In the last couple of years, with digital trends emerging in the industry, her razor sharp focus towards Focus implementing modern recruitment strategies that encompass social media, search engine optimization, demand forecasting, competency based hiring, captives specific program management, startup specific work-force management etc., helped the organization build a core team and ensure non-disruptive proactive sourcing for clients.

She has done her Masters in Computer Applications from ANU University.
